Shipping Policy

Protocol Ritual LLC ships all orders from our US-based third-party fulfillment center. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping process, timelines, and subscription delivery schedule.
Shipping Destinations
Protocol Ritual currently ships within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time. We intend to expand our shipping destinations as the business grows — sign up for our newsletter to be notified of shipping expansion.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Home Kit — Initial Order Shipping
The Protocol Ritual Home Kit ships via your choice of carrier at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines from dispatch:
• Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight shipping: 1 business day
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Protocol Ritual does not currently offer free shipping on initial kit orders — this policy will be reviewed as order volume grows.
Monthly Subscription Shipping
Your monthly supply subscription ships automatically on day 25 of each billing cycle — before your current supply runs out. This ensures you never experience a gap in your protocol.
Subscription shipments are sent via standard shipping at no additional charge. Your subscription shipping cost is included in your $34.99 monthly fee. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information each time your subscription order is dispatched.
If day 25 falls on a weekend or federal holiday your order will be dispatched on the next business day.
Subscription Shipping Address
Your subscription ships to the address on file in your Protocol Ritual account. To update your shipping address log in to your account at protocolritual.com and update your address before day 23 of your billing cycle to ensure your next shipment goes to the correct address. Address changes made after day 23 may not take effect until the following billing cycle.
Tracking Your Order
All Protocol Ritual shipments include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number. For subscription shipments tracking information is sent to your email address on file.
Shipping Delays
Protocol Ritual is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please check your tracking information first. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days contact us at hello@protocolritual.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Protocol Ritual is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please check with neighbors, building management, or other household members first. If your package cannot be located contact hello@protocolritual.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Protocol Ritual reserves the right to require a signed delivery confirmation for replacement shipments on reported lost packages.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged please photograph the damaged packaging and contents before discarding anything. Contact hello@protocolritual.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no charge.
Address Errors
Protocol Ritual is not responsible for shipments delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship your order. Reshipping fees may apply.
